Brenda Austin, 68, of Bradford Vermont, passed away on 02/20/2024 at the University of Vermont Medical Center.

Brenda was born in Montpelier to John and Marion Austin on October 3, 1955. She graduated from Harwood Union in 1974. While she loved animals and her family, her entire life revolved around her grandchildren, who were the light of her life; Nicholas, Daunte, Zachary, and Zada.

During her career, she worked at Vermont Plastics in a versatile role. She also worked at Gary Home in Montpelier as an eldercare worker.

Brenda was preceded in death by her parents, John and Marion as well as her brother Rodney Austin.

She is survived by her daughter Stephanie Austin. She is also survived by her partner Richard Tweedy, her sisters Debbie Richardson, Laurie Austin, and Lisa Austin as well as her grandchildren Nicholas, Daunte, Zachary, and Zada and many nieces, nephews, family and friends
