It is with great sadness that the family of Douglas Kamins announce his passing on September 19, 2024.

Doug was born in Brooklyn NY. on June 2, 1954 to his parents Charles and Freida. Doug and his family moved to Colchester, Vermont at the age of fifteen. Doug graduated from Burlington High School, Class of 1972.

He went on to have a career in sales, and then owned a Snap On tool franchise. Doug was very passionate about cars and music.

He is survived by his sons Adam of Essex Jct., VT, Ben and wife Lucy of Fletcher, VT; his daughter Gina of Williston, VT; and by his five grandchildren, Jacob, Michael, Korrah, Klarissa, and Jaydalyn.

The family would like to thank his longtime caretaker Ally, and also thank his best friend over the past 25 years Matt Hurlburt. Rest in peace Dad.
