Timothy "Tim" Lee Bennett, 62 of Fairfax, died 6:08 a.m. Wednesday, August 28th, 2024.

He was born in Greenfield Ohio the son of Carroll Bennett, Rufus "Cooke" and Mildred Williamson.

Tim served in the navy and was a jack of all trades. Tim was an outdoorsman who loved being outside fishing, working, hunting, and enjoying family time. His favorite past times were watching football and wrestling.

Tim was the type of man to put anyone above himself and his needs. He would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. Tim was there when you needed a listening ear, gave the best advice and guidance. He was one of a kind man, husband, father, son, and brother.

He is survived by his wife Renee Bittner-Bennett whom he married on October 7th, 2017. Children , Brittany Bennett of Washington courthouse OH, Tiffany Bennett of Washington courthouse OH, Tammy (Joey) Blair of Rainsboro OH, Chasity Bennett of Greenfield OH, Renee (Chris) Bessette of Alburgh VT, Amanda (Brian) Heyer of Fairfax VT, Cassie Charland of Shelburne VT, Jaidyn Morrill of Campton NH, Spencer (Sierra) Mick. His brother Allen Bennett of Clarksburg OH, estranged brother Shawn Williamson (Robynn) and His sister Charlotte-jackass (Keith) Cooke of Waverley OH, 23 grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his three parents, son Joshua Bittner, brother inlaw Richard Charland, his in laws Ron and Mary Charland, sister Catherine Nieberline. Grand daughter Emberlin Heyer.

The family will be honoring Tim's wishes by doing a cremation but no service.
