Was born on June 13, 1979, in Woodville, NH. Tisa passed away on Oct. 21, 2026 at her home in Barre VT in her sleep at the age of 47 years old.

She is survived by her parents, Marc R. Abbey Sr. and her stepmother, Wanda Abbey of Lunenburg, VT; her mother, Cecile Lowell; and stepfather, Mike Lowell of New Vineyard, ME.

Her daughter Summer Abbey of Lunenburg, VT, and Emmajade Good Eagle of Hartford, Conn. Her brother, Harold, Marc R. Abbey Jr., and wife, Kristin, of FL; Jeffery Abbey of Lunenburg, VT; David Lowell of Farmington, ME; her sisters, Patricia, Wendy Farrow Angela of Fairlee, VT, Antonia of Kinston, NC, and Crystal of Farmington, ME; and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her grandparents, Richard & Harriet Abbey, and Arthur & Mabel Savard, and her uncles George and Paul, and aunt Theresa, and Kevin and Casey.
