Empty Arms Support

You Are Not Alone

The loss of a baby can bring a unique and deeply personal kind of grief. Empty Arms Vermont offers compassionate peer support to individuals and families who have experienced pregnancy or infant loss, providing a safe space to connect with others who understand.

Empty Arms Vermont supports families following miscarriage, stillbirth, early infant death, or termination for medical reasons. Through peer support groups, community connections, and other resources, they help grieving parents navigate the days, weeks, and years following a loss.

Finding Support and Connection

Support is available through a variety of peer-led groups, including pregnancy and infant loss support, miscarriage support, support for parents expecting another baby after a loss, and support specifically for dads. Groups are offered online and are available to families throughout Vermont.

If you or someone you love is experiencing the loss of a baby, you don't have to navigate grief alone. Empty Arms Vermont is here to provide understanding, connection, and support along the journey.
